Terms & Conditions – Tournahub, 4 August 2025

 

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tournahub mobile application (websiTournahub://tournahub.com), and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.

  • If you are under 18, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian.

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

 

User Accounts

  • You must create an account to participate in tournaments or access certain features.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

 

Use of the Platform

  • You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

  • Upload, post, or share harmful, offensive, or misleading content.

  • Violate the intellectual property rights of Tournahub or others.

  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform’s functionality.

 

⁠ ⁠Tournaments & Competitions

  • Tournament rules may vary and will be provided before each event.

  • You must comply with the specific rules of each tournament.

  • Cheating, match-fixing, or using unfair tools/software will result in account suspension or permanent ban.

  • Tournahub reserves the right to disqualify players for misconduct.

 

⁠Payments & Refunds

  • Payments for tournaments, in-app purchases, or other services are processed through In-App Purchases (IAP) or authorised payment providers.

  • All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or under specific refund policies for certain events.

  • You are responsible for any charges or fees associated with your payment method.

 

User-Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of any content you submit, but grant Tournahub Solutions Private Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

 

⁠Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, logos, software, graphics, and other content on the Platform are the exclusive property of Tournahub Solutions Private Limited.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

⁠Advertising & Third-Party Services

  • The Platform may display advertisements or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Google Ads).

  • We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

 

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tournahub Solutions Private Limited is not liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform.

 

Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tournahub Solutions Private Limited, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

  • We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behaviour.

  • You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

 

⁠Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via our Platform or email (if provided). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

 

⁠Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra.
